Watched the person make my burrito, had to ask for my money back!!! Came in from a cigarette break, no hat, hair sticking out everywhere, didn’t wash his hands, no gloves, started making my food like it was a pain to have to work.(With dirty hands!!) slapped my food around like it was muck. There was NOWAY I was going to eat that dirty food!!! The health department needs to visit this place!!! I will never go to another Taco Bell anywhere!

Yes, I took the time to write a complaint about Taco Bell food. I know, the irony. This is bad even for a Taco Bell, though. Twice in two weeks I went through the drive through of this Taco Bell for the exact same basic order: two Crunchwrap Supremes. Both times they were made incorrectly and tasted bland and gross. Tonight I decided to open one up and see what was going on. Come to find out, it is missing half of the stuff that goes in a Crunchwrap-including the meat and the nacho cheese. It’s basically a lettuce, sour cream and tomato wrap. Not even close! I decided to call and tell the manager. His response, after I described this thing? «I don’t think you ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme.» For real? Although this disgusting, slimy pile of vegetables and sour cream is nearly unrecognizable as a Crunchwrap Supreme, that was indeed what I ordered and what this thing was supposed to be. I question how much inattention is required to go this wrong while following a taco construction chart. It’s pretty bad. I passed on the offer to drive back to the other side of town to get a replacement Crunchwrap order. Not very appealing or convenient. I’d recommend skipping this Taco Bell and going to another one. The one in Meridian, for instance, is capable of constructing a proper Crunchwrap Supreme.

I needed a quick bite running between appointments and hit the drive thru at this Taco Bell. Since it was past the lunch rush, I got through fairly quickly and my bean & cheese burrito was fresh and tasty. My only slight complaint would be about the forced upsell attempts. Seriously Taco Bell, when a customer ends their order with ‘and that’s all for today thanks’. please take a hint and do not ask about drinks or desserts. It’s just rude!
