Very fun place to go if you’ve not tried barre before. I did a Groupon to try it out and it is a great workout which you can totally tailor to your ability, so if you are not in great shape, or as I was, coming back after an injury, don’t worry — all abilities.

I bought classes here, trying it out from a Groupon. I didn’t want to spend much money if it was going to be miserable or if the people were weird. I’m ready to throw all of the money and more I was spending at a gym (yech) on this place. I’ve met Kat once but I’ve never taken her class. If she’s half as awesome in class as she seemed in a random passing introduction, I’m excited. Jen is who I’m usually with and wow. some people are teachers and shouldn’t be. Jen is not one of those people, she is a born teacher. She has a talent and instinct for teaching that can’t be learned.

Have taken barre classes from Sacramento to Portland, to Edmonton etc., and this studio ranks in the top 3 for an amazing workout! Studio had a unique vibe, clean and offers all the needed tools for a great workout. Enjoyed the small tips that made the difference in lengthening my movements. Kat was also awesome at distracting me from that shake we were going for. Also, great class times for a local or business traveler.
