Friendly service clean restaurants if you’re in the drive thru you actually can see your food being prepped. Very savory meat fresh this is the key sauce tastes fresh not bottle this is by far my favorite gyros shop

I love this place and I have never had a bad experience. Speed, however, should not be expected so it’s not ideal if you are in a hurry. Patience is rewarded with great tasting food. The Original always satisfies and I’m particularly fond of the Spicy Deluxe.
This time around I gave the Santorini Deluxe a try; French fries smothered in tzatziki sauce and Feta and topped with gyro meat, and I was not disappointed.

First time eating at the Gyro shack after hearing greats things about it from many people. My colossal gyro was excellent even though their wasn’t a description for it, or anything else on the menu. Service was friendly and both gyros tasted wonderful.

Worst experience ever! Waited in line for over 30 min at the drive through window. Food tastes aweful. Hummus is watery with no flavor. Gyro is so sloppy and leaking sauce all over my car. I will not ever be back. By the way this is not the same company as the gyro shack which is amazing!

I am not super impressed with this place. I have eaten here a few times because I like Gyros but it hasn’t stood out in my mind as impressive. It seems that the owner is more concerned about cost of what he is buying than value he provides to his customers.
My last visit my fry’s seemed like they were sitting in the warmer for quiet a long time and the gyros seem to get smaller every time I go.
Now I am not saying I won’t go back but I just know not to expect much.

Are they closed? Every time we stop, their sign says open but they are closed. Bummer

When I have a craving, it’s for this place. Their spicy Gyro is absolutely fantastic, and I always get their fries in some form. They have some of the best french fries i’ve ever had, the owner says it’s because he changes the oil often and has a secret technique. You have to try the Santarini french fries, fries with tzaziki sauce and feta just fantastic. The owner is very personable and always excited to see me. This is by far my favorite food place in Boise. Oh don’t forget to ask for his bottled pepsi, not the gross corn syrup kind he’s got the old fashioned real sugar kind. The bad part, the owner won’t let anyone cook, he says he can’t trust they will offer the same quality so he won’t hire help to make this fast food like we Americans are used to, with that in mind you may have to wait a minute or two, but I would wait a week for quality food, all the food I get fast comes out fast for a reason. Quality over quantity my friends, a must try.

Not a bad place, food is pretty good. Definately not someplace you’d take a large group of people to, since there are maybe 4 tables inside. I would go again if I was in that area and was looking for something that I knew was good and fairly quick.

My only compliment is that they have friendly service. Gyros are okay, I’ve had much better elsewhere. Spent 20 minutes in the drive-​thru, 12 minutes alone just for my 2 gyros. Not very speedy at all. This place needs a few small improvements to make it a better experience.
