I brought my purse in to be repaired, the seam was torn out. I am planning a trip and was hoping I could get it back in a couple days. The owner took my purse in the back and came out in less than 5 minutes with it fully repaired! Good as new. Great people and great customer service. Thank you!

I walked in here a couple of weeks ago, hoping to get a pistol holster modified; not a big job.
I did not get the proprietor’s name but he could not have been more accommodating or helpful. He dropped what he was doing and went to work to solve the problem, all the while with courtesy, professionalism and a sense of humor.
After spending at least fifteen minutes on the little project, which was completed to my satisfaction (maybe more time), he charged me five bucks! Five Bucks!!!
He went on to say that if the problem was not solved that I could bring it back and he’d work on it some more.
Now I ask you, «What more could you possibly want as a customer, eh?»
While he was working on this, other customers were in and out, picking-​up their shoes, which had been repaired … I’d say, hmmmm, maybe three or four other customers. I could not help but overhear the conversations as these customers paid for the shoe repairs. I heard nothing but favorable comments from these customers; not one complaint.
BTW, they have lots of other shoe care products, cleaners, polishes, leather softeners … shoe laces (of course, but a HUGE selection).
It would be difficult for me to imagine a better experience.

Really nice folks but MAJORLY disappointed with quality of work. I paid to have patches professionally seen/​applied to my jacket, paid what a professional seamstress would charge, and received workmanship similar to that of a 7^th grade home economic student. Threads are extremely crooked, contour edges not followed. THIS IS WHY ONE PAYS A PRO TO SEW. I would have saved myself the $ 46 and done this myself, as my sewing skills are better. Really disappointed, I’m now leary to bring my shoes here for repair as I’m not sure if the quality of workmanship on my jacket would carry over to the cobbler side of things. Too bad as its conveniently located. I’ll use other services from now on. Sorry guys!

Friendly and personable staff. Called ahead because I needed 6 foot laces for a pair of boots and wanted to confirm they’d have what I need before making the trek; they did! And they were super affordable and exactly what I needed (and even exceeded my expectations).
