The Village At Columbia

I really loved living at the Village. The apartments are very quiet and my neighbors were very nice. I felt very safe living in this community. Utilities are very reasonable, too
Jill and Becky in the office are fantastic! They are ready to help and answer any questions. I left the Village because I got a job out of state and had to move. If not, I would have renewed my lease.

Management team is the worst I have seen in my experience in last 4 years throughout different places in America. The apartments are OK, but there will be no maintenance at all. They will even refuse to replace light bulbs after moving in for more than a month. Half of the deposit is non-​refundable and they will cut more money from the rest of the deposit. When asked about details of deduction, they will say Cleaning cost but will not elaborate on it. While moving in as well, you need to check the apartment as much carefully as you can, coz they will not have many of the places properly cleaned. Also, if you schedule an appointment with them, you need to keep on checking with them whether the office will be open or closed on that day, as they have tendancy to close the office or cancel appointments without prior notice. They will be kind of rude sometimes as they know that there community will always be full due to the blessing of people who come to Micron for Job, so they dont care about anything. They will also neve clean the outside of apartments, so expect to find spider webs on the outside. But on the other side, the surrounding of community is very good with mountains and calm atmosphere. You can also see rabits, birds playing here and there which I found interesting.

This is a very nice place and the people are very friendly. A great place to live!
