We had a wonderful experience working with Marco and his crew on three projects with three timelines– a master bathroom redesign and remodel using tile and granite, a kitchen remodel (tile and granite), and additional tile work in family room and guest bathroom. We came into the store with just an idea.
What we appreciated about Tile Outlet and Granite:
–help in designing the project and suggestions of material
–courtesy and professional attitude of the employees
–they operated as the contractor
— job timelines were realistic and accurate
–craftsmanship of the installation, pride in work and attention to details
— excellent, timely communication throughout project

Working with Tile Outlet was a very pleasant experience. I was hesitant to take on a kitchen remodel over the holidays, but Marco and his crew were kind enough to work over the weekend to ensure my home was in good shape and cleaned up in time for Christmas. I was also very impressed at their prompt responsiveness when I called, emailed or texted them with changes, questions or concerns. The granite and tile backsplash they installed are BEAUTIFUL and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this company.

The sales staff was information and helpful in getting our new bathroom tiles picked out.
They had no problems with us taking home samples over the course of the week so we could make a better decision.
I’ll return when I need to do my kitchen counter tops.
