Good as it gets! First we had Spencer out for air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Then we had Gerard out for our furnace. Gerard was A plus material for sure! We are not use to having such concerned techs out to this house! We had a plumbing co out from Nampa that we would never recommend. TMLISTHEBESTYOUCANGET. Gerard told us about everything we needed to know to keep the house dirt free; the air scrubber, air filters to use… he is very friendly as well. Most people we have worked with here just do their thing and leave. I would recommend Gerard and Spencer over ANYONE else. Yes, finally efficient technicians who know their job…:)

This is one company that I will not mind using again. The sales rep and the technicians were very polite and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and asked throughout the installation of our new furnace and heat pump if I had any questions or concerns and explained everything, right down to the new programmable thermostat. They set everything up to our liking and then cleaned the work area and put anything they had to move back exactly as it was. So far the new furnace and heat pump is working exactly as promised. I would not hesitate to call them if needed in the future.

We have had several issues with this company all week. Just as it seems we are making progress with making appointments and having someone come out and fix our unit, something goes wrong. They say they will send someone, they don’t. They say they will call back, they don’t. We have called back every day this week and we are still currently jumping through hoops to even have one successful encounter with this company. I am extremely disappointed on this company’s customer service skills.

I purchased TVM’s 21-Point AC Tune-Up and Furnace Cleaning with Filter through an Amazon Local deal. $ 55 — what a great price, I thought! After calling three times to schedule an appointment I finally got a call back and an appointment commitment in the books. Fast forward to the appointment date and my technician was a no-show(no appointment reminder call or email happened beforehand). I called to let them know no one had showed up and asked for a call back to reschedule the appointment. It’s been three days and no one has called back to reschedule, apologize for the technician not showing up, or anything. Very disappointing since I rearranged my work schedule around this appointment and was looking forward to having the service done with this company.

I called company for a repair and of course they tried to sell me a new unit. The service tech did the repairs and did a good job, but I would recommend TML not to push the sales, it was obvious that there was a commission involved for the repair tech. If it wasn’t for that I would have given 5 stars.

TML always provides the best service! I highly recommend the PLUS service as it has saved us $$$. When our A/C wasn’t working this summer, TML came out right away and had it up and running. When our furnace wasn’t working this morning and we woke up to a COLD house, Dusty from TML was here first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem, returned with the correct parts, and had the furnace up and running by noon. Their service is always reliable, friendly and professional!

My air conditioner completely shut down and I had no idea what had happened. I did some calling around and appreciated that this company could come out that day to see what the problem was. Two things-the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful, but he never gave me an estimate of what the costs of the repairs were going to be-$ 234 for about an hours work, which I was not expecting. Second, as I was paying my bill he started talking to me about their maintenance program, costs, and why it’s important. He left me reading material and went on his way. The minute I went in the house I realized I’d forgotten to give them my coupon for $ 25 dollars off. I called immediately, hoping that they would still honor the amount. I was passed around and the nice lady who I spoke with said a manager would call me back later that day, or for sure by next morning. Well, no one called back, and I’m not ever using this company again. For them to dismiss my call and the fact that I was a new customer willing to use them in the future, they had no regard for my questions being answered. This is why I’m rating them a two star. I believe they need to work on their customer service follow through.

There is a $ 99 service call which I found out is the highest in Boise. Then the service guy tells me it will be over $ 400 to replace my control board. Sounds serious enough right? So I pay it only to later find out the board is a $ 70 part and it took him less than a hour to replace. Grrrr I am so mad at these people for taking advantage of me.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Scheduling is a breeze and they make reminder calls which I appreciate. All the techs are curteous, show up on time, and do a good job.
