Uniformity

I shop uniformity quite often. The customer service has been amazing, the selection of scrubs plentiful, and prices comparable with other stores that carry name brand scrubs. I highly recommend shopping here and plan to keep giving them my business.

First everything as stated in the other review is about full price. If you have a keen eye you will be able to find the sale items but you really have to look. I give the place two stars because the customer service is spotty. The first time I ever went into the store the sales people where nice and greeted everyone when they walked in. They would also ask if they could help you find anything but today WOW not so much. I walk in trying to find another pair of pants and there was already one customer in there. The lady or maybe teenager I could not tell behind the counter does not even look up from what looks like a magazine she was reading. I start my search for clothing and go to the dressing rooms after not finding the something I exit the dressing room and put the clothing back in approximatly the right spot (I am irritated by now with the «employee» behind the counter and wanted to see if she would get up and actually do her job). Naturally she continues sitting where she is at, when a customer comes up she asks if they found everything o. k…really yeah I am sure they did no thanks to her. If the approach to customer service of this store is to ignore customers until they come to you then I don’t see this business doing so well. Anyhow I go back and try on more clothes putting them back in the general area once again seeing if she would bother to get up and do her job. Nope it took the third time for her to finally yell from her perch behind the counter for me to just leave the clothes in the dressing room when I am done. I left them there but did not respond to her I figure if she feels that she needs to ignore everyone until they come to her that I do not need to waste my breath either. I grab what I need and check out with her. The employee hardly looks me in the eye as she grabs my stuff not asking if I found everything o.k., not upsaling anything, basically not doing anything in the form of customer service that I am guessing is what she is paid for. I looked for a name tag on her but there was none I came in on the 19 May 2012 at around 5:00pm on a Saturday. This is the first time the customer service has been shady so I will not sum it up to that being the acceptable behavior of normal employees but maybe this employee needs a little training on customer service and try to pull herself away from her magazine next time and do her job.

Full retail price for the most part (that means $ 21 – 24 for Cherokee tops), better deals may be found in the back. But! Better than Career Uniforms, and I’m not sure about Uniform World in Nampa as I’ve not been there. Is there another uniform shop in town? I’ve not heard of one. The one other option is online for those of us who need uniforms. People always helpful, lots of trendy/​cute stuff, just is usually full price. They do have local school uniforms listed if you need those, but I do know they cannot do the BSU embroidery anymore, which you know if you’re at BSU.
