This shop sucks. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there for the first time the other day and regretted it soon after I got home. I have three complaints:
First, I went in to purchase a mechanical mod. All of their products are being sold as name brand, although they are clones. They make no acknowledgement to the fact that they are clones.
Second, despite the fact that they are selling clones, I purchased a mechanical mod. As soon as I got out to my car, I put the battery in. First thing I notice is the battery shaking around in the tube. I figured that it was just something that needed to be looked at at home. I was wrong. It turns out that a piece was missing from the tube which makes it un usable. After a couple of calls and a visit to the store, they basically told me there is no way in hell that they could have sold me a product without all the parts, even though i was told over the phone that they put the mods in the boxes themselves (cheap china crap that they put in unbranded boxes). I am 100 percent sure that this part never came with the mod. The girl at the counter told me there was nothing they could do because they don’t carry parts for the stuff they sell (which is my third complaint), and that it’s impossible for the part to be missing. I ended up ordering the part online. All in all I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They sell overpriced garbage and the customer service was the worst I’ve encountered at any shop in town. Do not buy anything from this place.

I’ve been vaping for a couple of years now, have been to alot of shops around town, and this is my go to spot. Joseph and the rest of the crew are always awesome to work with and I recommend this place to anyone that is into vaping. Location isn’t super convenient to me, but that should say a lot for Vape when there are countless shops closer to where I live. Great gourmet flavor selection, awesome equipment selection, good people. Viva la Vape! Give them a try, it will probably become your go to spot as well! :)
