It’s hard to say a lot about a quick trip into a grocery store. The staff is always friendly, and accommodating for any request. This is where you pick up the basics: milk, bread, cheese, eggs, etc. I will tell you that you will save quite a bit of money and tons of frustration because there’s only five Isles in the entire store. I always stop by and get great ice cream treats and yummy baked breads. They taste the same as Jewel for about a quarter of the price. Don’t forget you can get cash back on your debit card(no credit cards or checks) for up to $ 200.

This is one of the dumpier ALDI, but it’s still more than sufficient. The staff was nice and there were so many mark downs that I went home with more than I planned — $.50 avocados and a $ 4 spiral-cut ham! Good merchandise, but this place could use a facelift.

Think of Aldi ‘s as your local farmers market, in terms of hectic, crowded, you bring your own bags for groceries, and you pay cash for everything. In terms of basics such as milk, eggs, bread, fruits, and veggies. I give this place a 5 star. Where else can you go get a 3 lb. bag if Fuji apples at $ 1.33 a pound and the apples are beautiful. I didn’t see a large variety of meats. They do have pork, chicken, and beef. Just not a variety of cuts. Prices are reasonable. Quality is decent. In terms of friendliness of the staff. While I can understand that the settings of the store, the staff is a tad impatient and does not take kindly to your slowness. However, they get results. I was shocked to see only one cashier and a line with 5 people in front of me. I had thought I would be standing in line for 5 minutes or so. She whipped through the line so fast that I hardly had a chance to stack my products on the belt. I believe skipping the bagging of groceries really does speed up the process. Overall experience, come early to shop to avoid the crowds. Bring cash or debit card only. Remember to bring a quarter for the shopping cart and reusable shopping bags. You are always welcome to take boxes from the store to help carry your purchase home.

I didn’t know what to make of Aldi but I now think I like it just fine! Now I have to remember you get what you pay for, which here is not much of anything! I am used to getting taken care of at the big box stores such as Jewel, Dominicks, or Trader Joe’s. Once you get the whole idea behind Aldi it’s a breeze to get through! I have a few of their big huge shopping bags in my car so I grab them when I go in a shop. Yes you have to pay to «rent» your cart and bag your own groceries. You have to be quick when shopping at Aldi! There are people on you butt everywhere you go. This is usually my quickie shopping trip. Their meats are not good! But the basics are good! The thing that drives me nuts is everytime I find something I like, forget about getting it again because it’s gone! It’s kinda irritates me the way the girls behind the counter throw your stuff into the cart, really?! Those are eggs, well they were! ;-)
