Chili’s

I came here with my husband. The first problem is that his drink was poured in a dirty glass. It didn’t bother us too much since I know this can happen through a dishwasher but then our guacamole had a piece of pork in it. When I showed it to the manager she said it was just that it was a piece of black bean??? So I picked up the piece and started to show her that it shredded… finally we were sitting at a booth with one of those low chandeliers, super dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Who knows how dirty our food was. Never going back

I’ve been up puking all night from this place. I gave it 2 stars bc this has never happened but as you can imagine, I’m not happy.

My food was served to us cold, while seated right next to where the hostess would stand. We could audibly hear them talking about our table again and again as they laughed and pointed at us. Super uncomfortable the entire meal. To make matters worse, the manager on duty refused to give us half off on our meal that we were extremely dissatisfied with.
Other than that, our server was extremely nice and even offered to buy us dessert when he saw how uncomfortable we were with the whole experience.
At the end of the meal, our server came back and spoke to us again to let us know the manager had changed his mind and was going to send me home with a new meal but I didn’t want to chance our food being spit in.
I would not suggest coming to the location.

Went here with an old friend and we wanted to do the 2 for $ 20 deal since it would be most convenient for us. We had to restate to the server numerous times that we wanted to do the 2 for $ 20 deal and for some reason she wasn’t processing 50% of what we were saying numerous times. We received our food and the food was delicious. No complaints on the food. Right when we get the check, we look on the bill and the 2 for $ 20 deal never went through even after we have explicitly said we want to apply for the 2 for $ 20 deal. What was so hard about that?
We both left our money on the table and we waited 10 – 15 minutes for her to ring us out even though the restaurant wasn’t even 25% full.
Finally when she came back, we didn’t leave a tip and we left in frustration.

Didn’t find any salads I wanted, so I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos. They were good. The rice that comes with them isn’t tasty though. It’s a very dry rice. Since I don’t care for black beans, I had a mashed potato which was pretty good. All in all, the food and service was good. I’ll order this again here but have something in place of the rice.

My wife and I love this place! Margaritas are always good! All the food they serve is great! We always eat here every chance we get. Always recommend to eat here! Service is always top notch!

Back when I had a full head of hair Buffalo Chicken sandwiches flowed like water, but not so much anymore. I call up about once a month and get a takeout order and it’s usually said chicken sandwich, but I always mix it up. When I pick it up at the bar, the bartender is always nice and the food is hot.
The Buffalo chicken holds up surprisingly well on the car ride home. The chicken is hot and flavored well and the bun is hearty enough to hold the sandwich while never being overly chewy.
Everything else is ok for a chain restaurant. Nothing more or less than what you’d expect.
The only complaint I’ve had so far is that they use the Coke Freestyle machine and every time I get a coke to go, you can taste some of the leftover drink from the previous order.

Love the food here. My husband took me out for my birthday here because he knows how much I love eating here.

I was kind of sad that I had to go to Chili’s to begin with. My well-​loved TGI Friday’s location down the road closed up without any warning, so I figured in a pinch, Chili’s would have to do.
The bar area was well populated and rather noisy, so we chose to sit in the regular dining area. Although we were seated promptly, our server took a while to come over and take our drink order. The spotty service continued throughout the meal.
For starters, a Tex-​Mex place shouldn’t serve a basket of crumbly and semi stale tortilla chips. Thankfully there was a bit of saving grace to be had in the salsa. For an appetizer we had the skillet queso, which was more like chili than having anything to do with queso. It came with another basket of chips, this one being at least fresh. Although having previously eaten their dry rub ribs and highly enjoyed them, I split a fajita combo with my husband. The steak and chicken were good, but the shrimp were outstanding. They were served with the expected bell peppers and onions, warm flour tortillas, and very small amounts of toppings served in tiny cups in a cute tower. While there was plenty of food for two, there was just no room on our little two person table. Our food was brought out, but none of our appetizer plates or dishes were removed. We resorted to putting the empty plates and dishes on top of the short wall that our table was against. We were visually berated by another employee for that action, but we didn’t have much of a choice.
Our server did put in a guest appearance near the end of the meal to refill our long since empty drinks, and then to settle the bill.

Love this place, I go every 3 months at least!

I am torn with my rating because Chilis doesn’t deserve this rating but I have to speak the truth! How have I not reviewed this restaurant?! Upon coming here with the girls after to grab a drink and a few apps after seeing out Fifty Shades of Grey movie it was quite crappy that we got stuck with this waitress from hell who was pissed or had major attitude she had to stay for us? We should have just asked for another server?! It was quite obvious she didn’t want to wait on us! Which really do you think you are going to make a decent tip then? You may as well make the most of it, smile and hope for the best!!? One good thing was we discovered they have fried pickles which since Smash Burger closed I haven’t been able to get anywhere! Another Smashburger possibly but there is not one close by!

When the manager wont make it right, whos knows what else is going on. You wont know the arrogance of a bad manager unless you need something resolved. If everything is ok it will look like its properly run. But when the drinks tasted bad and food was cold, the manager didnt care and walked away.

Food was good. Server was good. Place was very dirty. Tables not cleaned over. A lot of spills left on the floor. Haven’t been back since

I was in there last night with my wife and newborn. The place was super busy. The manager was making his rounds between helping the servers out and he stopped by our table to make sure we were having a great experience. He really went above and beyond to see that our dining experience was great. Food was good. Tables were clean. Nice menu selection.
The manager truly cares about the guests experience.

My salmon was terribly overcooked (crunchy!) and devoid of flavor.
Despite adding garlic butter (on part) and salsa (on another), this fish was a total disaster.
The manager did NOTHING to fix the problem. I must’ve heard every server use the word «sorry» at least once per conversation.
Major changes need to happen before I eat here again.

They are real good. My kids love the ribs and fries. Too expensive to eat everyday but great once in a while.

I love this Chili’s! The food is always great, and the people are always extremely friendly. There is a location much closer to where I live, but I come to this Chili’s because it is much more of a friendly atmosphere than the location near me.

Always an amazing experience. There is a Chili’s closer to my house, that has seem to go down hill lately, so I drive out of the way to come to this one. Never had a problem. The food is always excellent and the staff is very friendly and always make me feel welcome. You can tell that management is really on point here

Chillies never let’s you down and is always hits the spot. One of my favorite places.
Bartenders are good and Hostesses are too. I prefer coming for Dinner rather than lunch better time to be honest.

Went with my kids, wife and friends and their daughter. Had great service and the food was very good.
We started with our favorite chips and salsa there and then each had burgers. Tasty burger.
Will definitely be back sometime.
