Great service. Stopped in for a broken handle. Fixed while I waited, and they replaced the beater bar due to a worn out wheel that I didn’t even see. All covered by warranty. No reason to take your Dyson anywhere else. Employees were very friendly.

I came here for a filter for my dyson. I was not pressured to buy anything or use the services they offer while speaking to the employee. He was very laid back and informative. I would come back for future service if needed. I only gave 4 stars because i thought the service prices seemed expensive.

If you have a old Dyson, don’t go to the other vacuum cleaner repair shops… just come here! Good, honest service. After having another shop quotes a crazy repair price and try to get me to trade in on another refurbished Dyson, I came here. They had my 12 year old Dyson running beautifully at 1⁄3 the cost the other place quoted. I won’t go elsewhere now.

We have a Dyson DC-41 that is almost 3 years old. Excellent vacuum for our home, which has a lot of animal hair. Recently the cover on the side of the«ball» fell off. I contacted Dyson and because I had registered the vacuum at the time of purchase they created a repair order for me. I dropped it off at my local Dyson service center and the gentleman said it would only take about an hour to complete the service. I ran a couple errands and he called about 45 minutes later to let me know it was ready to pick up. They expalined there was an issue with part that caused the yoke assembly to break, however, the new part installed should correct the issue. There was no cost for the warranty repair and it could not have been an easier process.

Hi, I just wanted to give a shout out to the dyson service center in Bolingbrook Illinois. My brother has a dyson and he had received an email that he can come in and get a free wellness check of his vacuum. So we went to the Bolingbrook service center, and the representative Mark, was very very pleasant to my brother. He checked the vacuum it only took a few minutes, the vacuum was fine. We started talking to Mark about the different Dyson products, my brother was interested in the Dyson fans. And he gave him options and the offer of a discount. I just wanted to say that there was great great service by Mark. I did not tell him until after we were about to leave that I am a Dyson employee. And he did a great job.
