I was hesitant about coming here seeing as I had a bad experience when this place was Lube Pros, but service has definitely improved here. I usually work on my own car so I asked if they had any recommendations and they told me what I should try without being pushy, which is a huge plus for me. Despite being extremely busy, I was in and out within 30 minutes. They have earned themselves a repeat customer.

I filled out the survey on the receipt and the district manager contacted me later that same afternoon. He was very polite and professional. He comped my oil change and asked me to bring it back and told me the shop would make it right and take care of the items they missed. While I appreciate the olive branch I am not really comfortable bringing my vehicle back there. My fiancé brought her car there just to see what would happen with a «female» bringing her car in and maybe her service would be better. Pretty much the same sloppy service. The DM contacted her and also comped her visit. Personally I would avoid the place at least for now… :(

I’ve been coming here for years, but first time since it became «grease monkey». The service was GREAT! The guys there were so kind to me, I was greeted by every individual working. They already knew I was a regular customer and knew exactly what I needed. And even gave me a discount on my service!

Hats off to Tristan and the rest of the competent individuals working at Grease Monkey’s! Knowing I’d be on a time crunch, I called ahead to make an appointment during my lunch break. They got me in and out of there in less than 10 MINUTES! Furthermore, they didn’t try to upsell services or hard sell me on things that I don’t need, making for the most pleasant errand-running experience I have had in recent memory. I highly recommend this place. I know I’ll be back in 3,000 miles, give or take.
