I called Adrian to get an estimate on my carpets. He called me back but he made me feel that my little carpet cleaning job was beneath him to do. If he didn’t want to clean my carpets then you just should have said so instead of chastising me and making me feel as if I was wasting your time for calling Actually, you wasted my time. I got another company to clean my carpets and they were more than happy to come and do it! For all Adrian knows, I could have been a repeat customer and recommended a lot of people I know who also own homes to his company but I won’t. I will never use this company or recommend this company to anyone ever!!!
