I had a 1 pm appointment and arrived early. 4 people were in the waiting room and 2 accountants were busy with customers. By 1:30 I was still waiting and 3 people were still ahead of me. I left and returned to my previous tax service. I was not impressed with the run down environment nor the unprofessional way they run this office.
