Our condo association provided all the «goods» and John provided the knowledge and all the labor. He also provided his intelligence to fulfill the bathroom renovation for our common area bathroom. He did an excellent job — including cutting the tile to provide a backsplash instead of replacing the yucky black rubber uninspired backsplash. Our bathroom now looks bigger because the backsplash around the room makes the room appear larger. He used a medium toned grout instead of white so that the contrast will be easier to maintain and easier to clean. He also removed our ugly 1970’s red and orange poppy wallpaper and painted the bathroom bringing it into the 21^st century.
