You will wait for your food for at least five minutes every time. The night service is absolutely atrocious. Never have the order right. Guy at the night window is always trying to spit game at all the girls. They suck.

Wow, worst Micky d’s experience EVER! I know, that’s hard to believe but it’s true. For those of you there at 7:45pm on October 8th you know what I mean. The crew screwed up multiple orders and took forever to get food out. The place wasn’t busy and they had staff, but they were moving at a snails pace and the manager was disengaged. I had a mcrib meal and the wife a Big Mac. The fries were over salted to being inedible. My mcrib had virtually no sauce on it. I’ve been eating that sandwich since it came out in 1982 or so and every one I’ve had has been swimming In it but not this one, no, apparently they are rationing it now. I asked for some sauce and a warm up(because remember, they are moving like snails and other people are having order problems also and it took a while to get someone’s attention). Well, guess what, 10 minutes later, after reminding them, out comes the mcrib, virtually no sauce again. I guess if you want it your way you need to go to Burger King because here, it’s their way or you can go suck on it

I agree with the other reviewer that it’s weird giving a decent review to a McDonald’s, but I am comparing this one to the other McDonald’s in the area. I do have to say, I think their customer service has significantly improved, but still could use a little work. The employees are really loud and obnoxious when they’re not working with customers– almost like they’re yelling at each other. As far as the food is concerned, it’s typical fast food. At this location, though, I can at least count on my food being hot. A lot of fast food places I have been to, the food is room temperature.

I went through the drive thru window, the lady went to hand me my change and it dropped on the ground, she laughed and said«oh, sorry» I should have demanded she give me my change, instead, I had to open the car door and pick up my change from the ground. How about training the staff better?

I feel really weird giving 4 stars to a McDonald’s, but everything was pretty spot on. I went through the drive-thru at 3am and only waited about 3 minutes. No one else was on line. The food was definitely freshly cooked. All of it was perfectly hot. The only reason it wasn’t five stars was because they forget my sweet and sour sauce(which happens a lot), and they were only accepting cash(which happens all the time at night for some reason). I would really like to know why this McDonald’s and the one on 53 and Briarcliff can only accept cash overnight.

Been to numerous Mickey Dee’s around the world and this one takes the crown for worst service/experience ever. Various places in Europe & countries east of Turkey typically don’t provide good service which is part of the culture and perhaps this location should relocate out there? The moron at the first counter made three debits on my paypal mastercard but only credited it back once. Had to request the fisher bag of crushed peanuts that was supposed to be included with the ice cream sundaes. When I called the even more idiotic manager explained, «Sorry for the extra charges. It’s a system thing, sometimes you have to wait a few days till everything clears.» Three days later I mail a claim to paypal to give me back the $ 5.79. All over three vanilla sundaes and once iced coffee. Not happy. Filled out a survey only to be lured at the end to come back for a free egg McMuffin. No thanks. The last question asked if I a manager should contact me and to this date no reply. Why bother asking it on the survey? Very corporate. Gotta love it! It’s about a 10 min drive, but go over to the 75th Street & Plainfield Road McDonalds in Darien. Avoid this Bolingbrook McDonalds joint unless you’re desperate for water.

This one is closest to my home. Doesnt happen all the time but it is NOTNECESSARYTOHOLDTHEFOODBAGORDRINKOUTTHEWINDOW… barely missing my car mirror. I am not an idiot, I know to go to the next window. If your cashier is taking forever to ring me out maybe you should walk over to window 1 and smack them upside the head with my bag instead. And by the way, thanks for the«egg white delight» today. So glad I paid more $$ for a fake looking egg with yolk in it.

Ordered 2 big breakfast. Not a soul inside with us… Eggs so. So runny it was oozing. Ruined other good on plate. It was warm liquid. Soo disgusting a visiting manager came to apologize. He said it was way under cooked. So. We asked to warm butter under the heaters. A female manager came by and took her finger in every one of them and then put them on our Tray so they were open and buttery and greasy. See photographs. Soo… Needed new butter as well. Because of my disability Seating had to be selective. We ended up having to clean the table. It was wiped but still sticky. I know because my sleeve stuck. My friend had to suite chair off there was a weeks worth of crumbs. See pic of floor. When they finally brought our food… We had to go back again for syrup they forgot. Again visiting manager came to apologize. Where was this store manager? As we left we saw a meeting of managers in a corner table. Wish I had brought the liquid eggs to their table. Uhhhhg what a crappy place. This was our 3rd visit. And our 3rd bad inside experience. Go to the one on Briarcliff &53 of you want service & cooked food.

Fast, friendly, and fattening. The three F’s when it comes to eating the worst kinds of food, but hey, we all do it. This location was fast and fattening, but friendly is a no no. They took Our order, decided when we were done ordering, no thank you, no nothing. Talk about horrible customer service. And our hash browns were burnt.

Some fast-food places seem to attract rude employees like magnets(I have lifetime bans on KFC and Burger King due to repeated bad experiences), but I’ve always felt that McDonald’s was a cut above the rest… until yesterday. So I go in and order 8 vanilla cones, and as the gal was making them and putting then into the carry out tray, another gal(from the drive-up window) comes by and takes a cone right out of the tray. «What are you doing?,» exclaims Gal #1. «Just make another one,» Gal #2 retorts. While I expect things like this happen all the time in closed kitchen’s, I’ve never seen anyone act as rude right in front of customers. And that gal seemed oblivious to her rudeness(though the one who made my cones apologized as she handed me the trays). That location(not a favorite, but often convenient) is now banned for 6 months.

A shiny new physical plant that is rendered useless by the total incompetence of the staff. I guess my expectations are too high, and I need to recognize that the caliber of the adult McDonald’s employee rivals that of a mid 19th century cattle rustler. If you happen to queue in any line but the one nearest the food prep area, get ready to be ignored. And when your cheeseburger with fries and 4 piece chicken nuggets kid’s meal arrives after a 15 minute wait and numerous complaints, it is guaranteed to be as cold as a well digger’s posterior aspect. This place will do well because of it’s location, but the food and service lack any iota of efficaciousness.

Almost got a cherry berry chiller to the face, since the little jerk teenager employee opened the window, didn’t look at me, and shot his arm out the window with my drink like a rocket. No «hello,» «goodbye,» or «have a nice day.» While he conversed with another employee, I grabbed my drink, said thanks and went on my way. Service needs some polishing.

I thought this McDonald’s was pretty good until my last drive-thru visit a couple of days ago. All I ordered was a large sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. I got it, but it was filled more than 2 inches below the top of the cup. There have been few instances in my 4 decades of life where a soft drink at a fast food joint was so unfilled — it was downright insulting. I pointed it out to the manager who was temporarily working the drive-thru window and had made the drink, asking that he take it back and fill it close to the top like normal(and like every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to). Can you believe that he arrogantly said no and pointed to a little line on the side of the cup just below where he’d filled it, claiming it was the fill line? I was so stunned by his response that I was rendered speechless. I simply drove away without another word, which is unusual for me considering I normally stand my ground out of principle. I have never seen a cup so unfillled at a McDonald’s — EVER. I think that rogue manager was totally full of crap and his«fill line» is related to how to prepare the beverage(like a mix line) rather than a fill limit. It’s a guide for the employees to make the drink. Whatever the case, every other McDonald’s fills the drinks about ½ inch from the top, not 2+ inches from the top. So they aren’t adhering to their own corporate fill line even if what he told me was true. Another issue is that this McDonald’s is a few cents more for everything than the McDonald’s in Woodridge at 75th St. & Janes Avenue. It’s probably because Bolingbrook’s taxes are higher than Woodridge’s, but that nevertheless must be taken into account if you’re like me living between the two McDonald’s locations with a choice of which one to frequent. After this BS episode with the iced coffee, I will try to avoid this McDonald’s location and go to the Woodridge one instead. That was totally over the top for the manager to refuse to fill the coffee up another inch to a reasonable level.

This is one of my favorite McDonalds, their food is always done the way it’s supposed to be. The fries are usually perfect, this is the reason I go there, I love French fries. Their 24hrs so if your in the area and need a fix, stop by and order something.

I’m not quite sure why Bolingbrook is really in need of three McDonald’s restaurants, but since this one is right off the 355 Boughton Road exit, I’m sure it picks up a bit of the highway traffic. This is the newest addition to the McOvertake of the Bolingbrook area. Not for me to complain, since a new business is always a welcome idea. Actually, this place is kind of nice. It has only been open for about six months now, and is clean, well kept, and rather comfortable. Unlike the other two locations, it’s not a total dump, and the employees actually give a care. I believe they are trying to go for a semi-modern look in here, but I think it’s rather got kind of an 80’s vibe going on. I keep on waiting for the cast of ‘Saved by the Bell” to walk in at any moment for some after-school burgers. Food is standard McFood, but like I said, the service is by far better here than at any of the other locations. I’m married to a McJunkie, so I’m here a little more often than I’d like to admit.
