Naperbrook Heating & Air Conditioning

Naperbrook heating and air installed a furnace, ac and humidifier. I got several estimates and they all were within a few hundred bucks of each other. I decided to go with naperbrook because they seemed to be the most knowledgeable and extremely honest. After having them out here to work I am more than certain I made the right choice. This is honestly the cleanest looking installation I have ever seen! These guys really take pride in their work and it really shows. They even had to hand fabricate a sliding door for where the filter goes because I didn’t have enough space in my furnace closet for the normal door and it looks better than anything you would be able to buy at the hardware store! If you want a fair price and an extremely high quality job definitely go with naperbrook heating and air. I’ll be going to them forever and telling all of my family and friends about them!

Gary did a great job replacing an outdated furnace and air conditioner in a very old house. He is fast, dependable and very fair. I would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs. I have used Naperbrook several times. They are fast to respond, extremely polite, small family business and more important they are extremely knowledgeable. There were a few times where I thought I might need a new water heater or air conditioner, and they talked me out of it saying mine still had a few good years. They never tried to up sell, use fear tactics and nickel and dime me. The best part are their prices. Extremely reasonable compared to other companies. Naperbrook have my business as long as I live in the Chicagoland area.

I got quotes from five heating companies on replacing/​repairing the boiler for our radiant heat. The quotes ranged from over $ 4000 — over $ 9000 to replace the boiler. But Gary from Naperbrook (recommended by a friend) said the boiler is totally fine — no need to replace. He said that one of the pipes was corroded and the system wasn’t getting any pressure (which no one else noticed). For just $ 550 he purged and cleaned and repaired the system. Now, ah! — the house is much warmer and more evenly heated. He made more sense to me than the others, I loved that he was honest, and he saved us so much money. I highly recommend Gary from Naperbrook.
