I LOVE what this store stocks! It’s mostly geared toward salon professionals, but they welcome non-​professionals, too.
Friendly staff.
Affordable prices.

I prefer this Sally’s for the friendliness of their staff over the one in Joliet off Larkin, but I’d have to agree with Michelle I., that the staff doesn’t know a whole heck of a lot. This location is small also.

Sally’s is ok for your basic beauty supplies. We lived at Sallys through beauty school, which tells you the caliber of the beauty products. It’s nice getting a bit of a discount as a professional. The girls who work in all the Sallys I’ve been to don’t seem to have any knowledge of professional product or how to give advice to the customers on mixing the color lines or on chemical knowledge on perms, etc. Well I guess that’s why most professionals don’t buy everything here.
