Robin is my technology angel. As a techie, I hardly ever run out of answers, but when I get stuck Robin’s the one I see. Robin and her highly competent staff are the reason this Sprint location is my store of choice.

Decided to switch to Sprint last December. I walked into the store, right away I was greeted by Ashley. I wasn’t sure what plan I wanted so she walked me through everything, listened to what features I wanted, recommended a phone & plan. I walked out 100% satisfied with a great phone. I recommend my friends and family to Sprint when they are looking for new phone service. Great value & great Customer service at Bolingbrook sprint. Thanks Ashley!

I recently switched from Verizon to Sprint because they offered a better plan; more features, 4G network, less money. Sounded like a good idea. If I had known that I would be met with such incompetent Sprint employees, I would have stayed with Verizon. Paying the extra $ 20 a month is worth not having to deal with the Sprint headaches. I bought my Evo Shift on 4÷4÷2011. Ashley had a hard time with my phone because *it was just one of those days*. The same night, with a fully charged battery, the phone shut off. I had to take out the battery just to get it to turn back on. I had the girl at Sprint port over my number from Verizon. Well, she never programmed my phone, so my phone didn’t work until my husband did the OTA to program it. Nice. From Tuesday morning until Saturday, the only noticeable problem was my battery life was very short. I would go from a 96% battery to a 22% in less than 2 hours — and that was without use! Saturday evening my phone shut off again. Same thing Sunday morning — after taking it off of the charger. I went back to the Sprint store at 137 S. Weber Rd., I’ll be referring to this as Store #1. So, Ashley tells me to go to the Sprint store(Store #2) in the Bolingbrook Promenade Mall because her store doesn’t have technicians, so she can’t give me a replacement phone. Store #2 takes 20 minutes with my phone and comes back with the conclusion that I have a defective phone. So, their manager, Moe, tells me to go to 75th and Lemont(Store #3) because they’re a corporate store and they can give me a replacement. Cool. So I drive to Store #3. The guy at Store #3 tells me he has no idea why Store #2 sent me to his store, because they don’t have technicians to verify my defective hardware. Store #3 tells me to go to Kingery(Store #4) because they are a corporate store with technicians. Ugh. Store #4 tells me that Store #1(137 S. Weber Rd.) should have just told me to drive out to Store #4 in the first place. So because Ashley has no clue on how to do her properly(ie., not knowing how to port my number over correctly(she had to ask 2 people for help), forgetting to actually program my phone in store)… I had to make extra, unnecessary stops just to get a functioning Evo Shift. AVOIDTHISSTOREATALLCOSTS!!! BESTBUYINBOLINGBROOKHASTHEEXACTSAMEPHONESANDPLANSFOR ***CHEAPER***!!! This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star! She should reimburse me for my gas, mileage, and wasted time. Way to go.
