Unresponsive. Unreliable. Poor quality of service. Unreasonable rates. Kenny plowed my driveway several times over the last few years at a cost of $ 45 per visit. A couple years ago, when we got over 2′ of snow, he let me know that he’d have to plow twice and I agreed to pay him $ 90 — perfectly reasonable. Fast forward to this winter. I reached out to him in advance of the blizzard. I expected I’d be paying far more than a «regular rate». After clearing the 3′ of snow we received, he requested $ 100 which I felt was a reasonable price. The following week, another foot of snow fell. I asked that he plow the driveway again. He did, and again requested $ 100. I reminded him that he charged me $ 45 previously for«regular» snowfalls and $ 100 for the epic, three foot blizzard, and suggested that this was not a reasonable price based on our history. He told me to KEEPMYMONEY and LOSEHISNUMBER, an unprofessional response that I hadn’t expected and was undeserved. Since plow guys are a dime a dozen, I’m moving on. No reason to put up with his slow response times, low quality of service, and such unprofessional behavior toward customers.
