Right now if there was a way to put a half star I would! If there was anyway to take back our order I would but after dealing with them for TWO years we have been giving them the benefit of trying to fix the problem. This time we had 7 under Cabinet lights that were never the same so they finally came back today(after ordering them in November) with 7 but only replaced with 5 because the wrong sizes were ordered! But that’s not all folks Doug installed them and doing so I have huge gaps in light and he put large screws THROUGH the bottoms of my cabinets RIGHTINTOITEMSIN the cabinets!!! Now I have the points of the screws, YES, that I can see and feel because they are SHARP!!! And the frosting on the top of this cake is that AGAIN the lights are a different color! OK Lighting First, I would love to know how your going to fix it this time! No owner or manager has ever come to our home to see the completed job or the mistakes that have been made. I think it’s time to come see Doug’s expert instillation.

Things are only getting worse. After waiting months to get yet another fixture replaced, we were notified that they were going to be replacing all the lights. We were told that back in November. Today, they FINALLY got around to replacing the fixtures. After the installation, we found some issues that we found quite disturbing: 1. We originally had 7 under-cabinet fixtures installed. What we found after looking at it after the installer left was that we only received 5 replacement fixtures. They took the liberty of changing up the design without letting us know. We were told there were 7 fixtures but we found that they only installed 5. By reducing the number of fixtures they have created dark areas in the lighting that weren’t there before. 2. The temperature of the fixtures is not the same among all the fixtures. Three of the fixtures are one a cool white while the other two are a warmer white. The differences is enough that you notice it. 3. This is the worst. We found that the installer did not use the correct length screws. On multiple fixtures, he used too long of screws and they went completely through the bottom of the cabinet. What’s so bad about this is that we have custom ordered cabinets and there’s no way to repair the damage that they have done. A professional installer would know just what length of screws would be needed. We have been dealing with this issue for about 2 years now. Just when we think things are going to get resolved, some other issue comes up. Sadly, things just don’t seem to get better. After dealing with all the communication and installation issues, I’m surprised they they are still in business. I’m putting their rating back to 1 star. Looks like the owner is going to be dealing with an(rightfully so) upset wife come tomorrow. This is her dream kitchen and this company is making it worse.

My wife and I have shopped and purchased at the Bonita Springs location. Donna was really helpful throughout the process and she had us our lights the next day. Upon install a problem was identified and we called for assistance. Donna was off but Brian took my call and he went above and beyond and had the issue resolved immediately.

Really a wide variety of celing fans are here, with light packages priced separately. Also there is a gallery of pendant lights that is lovely to visit just to see the colors. The arial display of the chandeliers is just fun. Energy saving zones of motion detectors light up as you wander the aisles, searching the hanging lights above your head for one that you’ll want to take home. There’s a decent selection of bar lights for the bath and about an equal number of exterior lights to consider. Illuminating!
