CDA — This organization offers free or reduced cost childcare in San Diego County. My childcare business works with CDA and they are always professional, responsive and go the extra mile. I am happy to be a part of their team.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff was very rude over the phone and hung up on me several times; Saying they couldn’t help me unless I did/​had this or that and would hang up before I even had a chance to ask questions.

Very rude staff, treat you like your a low life because you need goverment help to get you kid in preschool. Dont send you correct paperwork, then you show up for your appt and are rude because you dont have what you need. Dont take time to fully explain program as there are many details. if you go just have your guard up for the runaround and judgement
