I’ve been a kaiser member since 2011, and have only seen a handful of doctors (due to being healthy, thus far), but Dr. Angell has been my favorite.
I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Angell at the Vandever office, when I placed a weekend appointment with urgent care (unfortunately, kaiser doesn’t take appointments for urgent care anymore, but that’s a whole other story, lol).
Dr. Angell entered the exam room, and the first thing he did was apologize for the wait, but honestly it’s the weekend, and it IS urgent care, so wait times are expected.
The whole appointment, start to finish, was fantastic. Dr. Angell was professional, patient, and explained everything well. He had a very calm demeanor, which I liked, but didn’t rush thru the appointment either, which I also liked. He’s personable, and down to earth as well.
