I LOVE SARAH! I always call her my hair God. She is such a sweet heart and does her best to take care of my hair. Have been coming to her over a year and have gotten blonder and blonder every time I go. Recently I got to the white/​ashy blonde & I am obsessed. Sarah knows what you want, and will get you their. Get what you pay for, for sure! And she’s extremely professional, never late. Have had 4 friends go to her and they love her work! HIGHLY RECCOMEND

After MUCH research on Unilocal (my go to source for all things new) I found Sarah. Let me start by saying I am a woman on a mission, a BLONDE, yes BLONDE mission. I am new to SD as of a month and a half ago and had no idea where to go for my hair. I left my beloved hairdresser in LA :(I searched Unilocal high and low for where to go. I came across corner salon and that is how I found Sarah. After seeing pics of her work I decided to text her and she responded right away… not only did she respond but she asked me to send her pics of my current hair and my goal hair color. I loved that she did a mini consultation over text.
The day of my appointment finally came I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Bleaching your hair is no joke and if you don’t go to the right person your hair can end up fried scary right! I would know I tried to do my hair myself first and ended up bright orange and brassy. When I went in she was super nice and let me know she would do her best to SAFELY lighten my hair as much as possible. She did a full head application of lightner with OLAPLEX. If you don’t know what olaplex is do your research I would not go to anyone who does not use it. I truly feel it made a huge difference in the lightning process of my hair. It took a few hours four to be exact BUT it was well worth it! And ladies you know how long getting your hair did takes… so four hours is actually not bad at all!
Overall I am SUPER happy I found Sarah and looking forward to her helping me complete this mission! As you can see from my pics she is AMAZEBALLS!!!

Sarah does an amazing job loved my color and will definitely be going back! It’s very hard for me to trust people with my hair and Sarah did so good! Also she’s a very sweet and friendly girl so it made the experience even better!

Sarah is an amazing hair stylist I am so glad I finally found someone I can trust with my hair. Recently I went in for a second session and it came out perfectly. I recommend her because she can do it all and on top of that, she is so sweet and accommodating.

I’ve never colored my hair light before so I was kind of anxious about doing it. Sarah did an ombré on me and I loved it! I recommend her for any type of color, she’s awesome!

Sarah is a hair doctor!
I took the day off to get a lot of things done and getting my hair color corrected, styled and cut was on the agenda. I used Unilocal to look up some hair salons and Sarah came up but since it was 1am in the morning when I found her I decided to call as soon as she opened the following morning to schedule an appointment. I called twice in a span of an hour and didn’t get a hold of her — I figured she was busy with clients so I began to do other things.
Sarah ended up calling me back (I didn’t leave a message or anything), I asked her if she had time to see me today and she told me she could right away. Perfect for me since I live like 5 minutes away.
Now for my hair… it was purple for the longest time, when I got tired with that I decided to bleach it out and go a lighter lavender purple. I tried that for a while but then got bored of it fading so fast so I decided to tone it to an ash color, bad idea my hair instantly turned green (sea-​foam nasty green). I used a box hair demi dye to cover it up and when that didn’t cover the green I used a golden toned demi dye to see if it would neutralize the green. That only worked a little but there were these weird splotches of green hair leftover. Not attractive.
Anyways Sarah was able to correct all of that and take my bleached hair to a grey ombré look (which she suggested), and I ended up loving it! Overall she is great and listens to your wants and knows what to recommend for what is best for your hair. She didn’t push anything on me and I feel like her prices are fair.
I will continue my hair journey with Sarah.

I would highly recommend Sarah as a hairdresser! She did a beautiful balayage on my hair. She was able to take my virgin medium brown hair to blonde without damaging my hair! I appreciate how she uses great quality (and expensive) hair products like olaplex that keep your hair in the best condition. Additionally, she is willing to go out of her way to help her clients– she bought me the purple shampoo that she recommended and even dropped it off at my house since she was in the area. Balayage is a fairly expensive hair service but the quality of her work is definitely worth every penny. Sarah is also very friendly and inviting and is eager to learn and stay up to date on all new hair techniques.

Sarah is an awesome hairdresser! I’ve been going to her for over a year now, and she recently helped me take my short ombré (also done by her) to a whole new level… by making the ends a subtle pink/​rose gold!
I was really concerned about frying my hair with all of the bleaching necessary to achieve the pastel I wanted, but Sarah did everything to assure that my hair would be as undamaged as possible. (It’s been almost a month and my hair is in great condition!)
Sarah is a sweet girl with a good heart and a great eye. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new hairstylist! I absolutely loved my end result and I know you will too.

I love Sarah! She did a fantastic job on my hair. Before I came to Sarah I made the mistake of thinking that I could dye my hair myself. Unfortunately I gave myself hot roots and uneven color. So this time I left it to the professional and Sarah fixed my hair. I now have dimensional brunette colored hair thanks to Sarah. You should definitely go to her she’s the best!!!

I’m a loyal customer and have been back to Sarah time after time because of her understanding of what is in and what isn’t, rather than doing a mediocre job and getting her money and running she did the extra work to make sure I left happy! It’s nice to have someone who has a passion for her work so her attention to detail is great! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a new hair style!

I got my hair recently done by Sarah. I Work full time from 11 – 7 and the salon closes at 7. Sarah was sweet enough to work with my schedule and stay after hours just to do my hair! :) she cares about her clients. She didn’t rush even though she stayed late, she took her time and made sure I was getting my money’s worth.
I asked for a balayage from her and I’ve colored my hair numerous times within the past six months so I expected my ends to be fried. She did what she could to lighten it as much as possible without damaging my hair from the bleach and I’m completely satisfied with it. I’m glad I went to her! I will definitely come back in 6 – 8 weeks for my next session to get my balayage to an ash blonde! :)

A hidden gem!
I found Salon on 30^th after finding some really great reviews on Unilocal.Their well-​designed website helped me find a stylist that I felt could help me envision a new cut. After navigating the website, I found Sarah who was so sweet and patient for letting me ramble about my hair… happens with some of us who grow their hair to epic lengths without purpose.
She initially cut over 6 inches of hair… and then was VERY cool about my request to cut more after she dried it! I always find that my hairstyle evolves in stages and she was totally OK with letting me gradually adjust the lengths.
So…thank you Sarah! I hope more people find you and this very cool salon… BOTH are truly hidden gems.
