I’ve brought my family’s PCs to them numerous times over the years, and never had a bad experience. Basically, anything you would think to call geek squad for, but then don’t, due to their cost, call these guys instead. Their service is fast, even during the holidays, and they always fix the problem. I’ve brought in PCs that simply went blank, PCs that started acting up due to a virus or malware, and a PC that died after a power outage. They’ve replaced parts, and installed hardware for me, and can often save stuff for you, for a fair price, if you need them to, before replacing a hard drive. They’re not cheap, BUT, they’re more reasonable than anywhere else, plus you get fast, friendly, knowledgable service, and they stick to their estimated price range.

I have been a returning customer here since 2011 and would highly recommend them as a knowledgeable computer shop that cares about their customers. On several occasions they have helped me with advice that nobody else knew or was willing to give unless I brought my machine in and paid them.
Although this is a smaller, rather unassuming computer shop– they always seem to have what I’m looking for. There have been several parts that I was unable to find at other local shops that they had in stock. Then, they sold them to me at a fair price (even less than eBay) instead of inflating it due to the rarity of the item. So far, I have not had a computer problem that they were unable to help me with.
