I love Jersey Mikes. However, over the past couple of months the Bonney Lake location has gone down hill. Last time I was in the bread was stale and one of the employees doubted me after I told him I had paid while waiting for my hot sub. Went in again tonight received lack luster customer service and again, stale bread. I’ve come to expect a certain standard based on the Tukwila location next to my work and the Bonney Lake location is no where near meeting that standard.

I never go anywhere else for subs. Hands down the best sub restaurant I’ve ever been to. This location is close to my house and the team there is almost always spot on and pleasant. Do yourself a favor and experience a new addiction. Yum!

The Bonney Lake Jersey Mike’s catered a business luncheon I hosted. The ordering prcess was a breeze. The food was very good, fresh, delivered on time, and the owner and staff were all very helpful. The portions and value were very good.

The happy bouncy girl who made my sandwich was fantastic. She has great customer service skills and was on point with everyone who walked in the door. Great hire!!! I will be back because of her.

I LOVE Jersey Mike’s first off. I used to live in Bonney Lake a few years ago, but since moved to Lake Tapps. Driving through Bonney Lake around 1pm I was reluctant to stop to get a sandwich… but they were well staffed & very fast! 5 Stars!

Be careful if you call in your order or order online for pickup. We have tried a few times and our orders have not been even close to correct. Frustrating! The subs are good if you get what you order. It does seem a little spendy, but I guess I am saying that about a lot of things lately. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I have been going here for several years. Excellent sammies. A bit pricey but we’ll worth the it.

Went in just before the lunch rush. Upon arrival, my husband and I were not greeted. The dining room appeared clean, as well as the work stations behind the counter. The employees were not very friendly and seemed annoyed with the fact that I didn’t immediately know what I wanted to order. We chose a sunny table off to the side as to be able to observe the workers in action. I immediately noticed how sticky our table was, yuck! I was unimpressed with the soggy nature of the bread and how unevenly distributed the ingredients were in comparison to the size of it. So disappointed with the food and the service! I should have gone to Subway instead!

Love the sandwiches here and the sales people are friendly. There is usually a line and yet they work it swiftly. I have gone to most of these franchises and they are pretty consistent in their work ethic and also their cleanliness factor.

Delicious subs and wraps. We have tried getting a great Philly cheesecake sandwich around town but nothing beats these. I called in my order for 2 sandwiches and they asked me what time I would be there, I told them 10 mins and I can in to pick them out and they were just putting them in the bags. Perfect timing and always very tasty. I love the double point Monday too so I can earn myself a free sandwich.

Love that there is this location since it’s the perfect place to stop after a day on the mountain hiking around. Since our visit was a little awhile ago, I’ll sum this up real quick. Food was as good as any other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. A small hiccup at the register with charging me too much, but I caught it and it was fixed, thankfully. Outdoor seating was nice. Nothing much to complain about really, I’ll be back next summer :)

I asked for a specific order no mayo club supreme and no oil vinegar and oregano and right in front of me the guy I told to not do it put mayo oil and vinegar on my sub and said u said no oregano right… the only place I’ve ever reviewed so low they literally failed my lunch order

Totally disappointed in my tortilla full of lettuce! Their«buffalo chicken wrap» was enough to keep me from ever going back. Not only was there exactly 3 bites of chicken, I wasn’t able to add or subtract ingredients(tomatoes, peppers, onions, etc). .take it as it comes, no customizing! The tortilla was delicious… but there was really nothing in it besides lettuce n buffalo flavor.

I love Jersey Mikes! I got addicted to the turkey provolone… then tried everything else! Chipotle cheesesteak is great! There are better cheesesteak places in Seattle… but theirs isn’t bad to fend off a craving! The house made roast beef was dry and very disappointing. My top 3 are still the turkey provolone, chipotle cheesesteak, and the super sub(with the pepper relish!). If you’re a pickle person… they have great pickle slices! I’ve also been known to order a side of them…

This place has the best sandwiches ever. To those who don’t understand their meats and call them«cheap», you have no idea what an east coast sub is. This place gets their meat delivered from Jersey. Lol. Give it a try, and try not to be pretentious.

My family is originally from Philly, so I know a good cheese steak. These are«good» for a west coast chain offering. So the 4 stars is in the context that a really good cheese steak is almost impossible to find around here. The sandwiches are made fresh to order, so expect to wait 5 minutes or so. Top Tip: Make sure you allow the sandwich to cool a couple minutes or you will burn your mouth with the ooey, gooey cheese /meat /onions. Every time I’ve been there, the service has been good, friendly, and fast. The large sandwich is VERY filling — enough to share if you aren’t totally famished. Wish they offered a couple traditional east coast cheese options.

Tried Jersey Mike’s today on a spur of the moment lunch trip after Home Depot. I ordered a Hot Sandwhich, as they have both hot and cold sandwhich menus, and it was hot! I knew it was fresh because it was still so warm and my bread was very soft. I felt like it was slightly more expensive than other comparable sub shops. Also, their regualr size is only a 7in Sub and they have a giant size which is a 15 in sub. My boyfriend and I split a Giant sized sub and it filled us both up but broke the bank at $ 15. I may come back just to try a few other sandwhich creations, but this is not going to be a go to lunch destination for us. Another thing to note, this is a newer shop that opened more recently and it shows. The store front is very clean, open, and full of light. The restrooms were clean, well stocked, and even smelled freshly cleaned. The person behind the counter who took our order was also very friendly.

When I visit my mother for the summer it’s an actual struggle to restrain myself from gorging here daily. The Chipotle Cheese Steak? Holy sweet messiah of sandwiches! I suppose the highest compliment I can pay them is this: my east coast, born and bred, husband tells me this Jersey Mike’s, in Bonney Lake, WA, on the edge of civilization, makes a better Philly than any he’s ever had in his beloved homeland. My only complaint, there are no JMs near me in Arizona. 14 locations in the Phoenix area but not a single one in Tucson? Seriously? Unacceptable!

After dropping my wife off at SeaTac, I made a detour to this location of Jersey Mike’s. I had originally seen them featured on the Travel Channel in an episode of Enormous Sandwiches. I ordered the Grilled Pastrami Reuben which came with pastrami and sauerkraut which was heated on the flat top until steaming then covered with several slices of Swiss cheese. The filling was put into a sandwich loaf of my choosing(white) which was heated prior to adding the Thousand Island dressing and the meat filling. The sandwich was very delicious. I would have given them a 5 star rating except — 1. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a choice of rye bread roll and 2. It really needed some additional Swiss cheese. The cost was very inexpensive considering the size of the 15″ sandwich($ 10). This was big enough to feed 2 people… even large eaters like myself. The staff was courteous and the place was amazingly clean and bright.
