Erin is a really great stylist. My hair has a natural curl to it and I’ve struggled to find a stylist in this area who could cut it well. I’m extremely happy with both of the cuts that I received from her. She is very friendly and personable, and has a relaxing and comfortable home salon.

Erin is amazing! She was professional, fun, and super easy to talk too. She did a great job cutting and highlighting my hair. She listened to what my vision was for my hair and executed it perfectly. I am so excited to find a fabulous stylist for my family just down the road to boot. She is everthing a stylist should be, a great communicator, listener, who loves her work. Thanks Erin for an AWESOME new do.

As a guy who never really had a normal hair stylist the thought of having one kinda sounded odd at first. How hard is it really to cut a guys hair? Scheduling an appointment in advance? Well little did I know that going to a true professional really makes a difference!!! I have been seeing Erin for about 7 months now. I no longer get to the point of having shaggy hair and forcing myself to find just any salon. I am able to schedule my appointments for when I will actually need another hair cut, I usually have my next 2 appointments booked with her. Knowing when my next appt. is actually made my life a little less stressful, I didn’t know I was always so worried about my hair and when I was going to have time to get it taken care of…
She knows what she is doing and actually continues to learn and grow in her profession. Her salon is located in her home and is spotless! She tells it like it is and well make suggestions on things that will look good on you, not just things she thinks is trendy or that «everyone» is doing.

Erin did my hair & makeup, as well as hair & makeup for my bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom. All I have to say is she ROCKS and is awesome! I was going to go to Gene Juarez initially, AND I’M SO GLAD I WENT TO ERIN and Level Headed Hair Design by Erin Reibman INSTEAD! Erin is extremely professional, talented and KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING! I plan on ending my hair appointments at the exclusive and expensive Seven Salon in Bellevue, and going to Erin instead. HER WORK IS AWESOME!

Erin is the only one I want touching my hair, to the point that I have now moved 2000 miles away, make appointments from the other side of the country and just make due until I can be back in her chair. I know at some point (no time soon) I will have to find someone here to take care of my hair but I promise it will be with much reluctance, along with probably a little kicking and pouting in the process.

I have never been one that is too concerned or picky about my hair. Then I met Erin she does an amazing job on my hair making it look great and I realize all the stylists before her weren’t so good! Lol probably why I wasn’t ever too concerned. I didn’t know what a good dye job and cut looked lol! She’s great at her job and I refer anyone I can to her!

I met Erin a few years ago when she hired me to photograph her wedding. I loved her instantly and started going to her to get my hair cut and colored. I have always walked out of her salon feeling and looking amazing! I also often work with her at weddings I photograph, where she is doing bridal hair and/​or makeup, and she is so great to work with and keeps things on time. Not to mention the bridal party always looks fab! Thanks Erin for being awesome!

I love having my hair done by Erin! I have naturally curly frizzy hair and in the almost 3 years of having only her work on it my hair is long and the frizz and curls are tamed! She has taught me so much about how I was treating my hair effects how it looks! I am so happy I made the decision to start having Erin help me with my hair!

Erin has been a friend and stylist for 10+ years. She has been the inly person I trust to color my hair– ever! Scheduling appointments with her is also super easy. The atmosphere in the salon is fun and upbeat– a nice getaway from work for a bit!

Erin does a great job with dual color and highlights. I love to type of products she uses and her haircuts are done well. She works well listening to client input as well.

Was looking for a new stylist, looked at reviews on Unilocal and found out that Erin was right around the corner from my house. So far I’ve had cut, color, special occasion hair, and make up done by Erin. I’ve been very happy with it all and her prices are incredibly reasonable. I used to have my hair done at a few of the Seattle Area Corporate owned salons and Erin does a better job at a lower cost.
The best thing about Erin is she is truly cares about her clients, I trust that I will always leave her salon looking great, because she wouldn’t have it any other way.

I am really picky about my hair. That said, I moved to Seattle and was looking for a stylist who used Chi hair color (which is one of the least toxic hair dyes). After reading the reviews and finding out that she is only 10 minutes from me I decided to try this salon. I color my hair primarily to cover the grey. I usually stay away from highlights because my previous stylists always went too light and I like subtle to so subtle that you can’t see it. Erin gave my one color dark hair beautiful carmel (think buttery toffee) highlights that were neither too dark or too light. Additionally, she taught me to use a curling iron to enhance my wavy hair. Also, since I was new to Seattle she has been a wealth of information about a chiropractor, good restaurants, spas, etc., and she is reasonably priced. Thanks Erin!!!

She’s amazing!

Erin is the only person I trust to even touch my hair. She is innovative, current and a lot of fun to be around. She has given me ideas for my hair that I would have never even thought of or let alone try. I always get compliments on my hair where ever I go.
Erin has also done the hair for my wedding and did a fantatstic job. she is truly a class act!

Once upon a time, I had very long, parted down the middle, poorly controlled, naturally curly hair. In the last 10 years or so, Erin has encouraged and taught me to be my most beautiful self. My part has moved, we’ve played with bangs, I have highlights, we donated 10 inches, and I now have the skills to straighten my own hair correctly. My curls look amazing because I finally have a product that is not heavy and cheap. Crunchy curls –yuk!
Erin is funny and honest. She listens, is encouraging, and helps you understand exactly what is happening with your hair. For example, she taught me that my hair is curly due to the shape of my follicle.
Her salon comes with the love of her puppies, good music, laughter, and great conversation.
