I ordered a pizza and some wings online and received a call shortly after saying that they no longer carry the wings I wanted. The girl who called was not friendly at all and neither was the girl who delivered my food. When she got to my door she knocked and while I was on my way to the door she started ringing the doorbell within thirty seconds after knocking. I barely had the door open when she said «sign the top one.“No greeting, no how’re you, not even a simple hi. Usually I am a great tipper having worked in this kind of work, but I felt she wasn’t deserving. I mean not even a simple greeting or a smile.

I love pizza hut for a cheap and easy dinner but this location continues to disappoint. The last time we ordered it was over an hour for the delivery which I understand happens however after 30 minutes after our hour time frame our pizza arrived. And Guess what… it was ice cold. Called the store and they promised to credit our account for next time. When we were brave enough to order again (for take out this time) were again had to wait 20 minuted past the pick up time. It seems like this store needs better organization.

I called the Bonney Lake Pizza Hut to order 20 large pizzas for our tear down crew at the Renaissance Faire at the Kelley Farm in Bonney Lake. They told me that unless we have a house or brick and mortar business they can’t deliver to us. I was willing to meet them at the largest building on our site, but they said they can’t because «It causes a security risk to their driver.» I’m not sure I understand that statement, but alas I suppose Dominoes will get our business from now on.

This place drives me nut. I’ll admit now, I only do carry out so I can’t vouch for their in store service/​conditions. I can totally tell you about the cluster they call delivery. First of all, any time frame you are given (20 minutes) go ahead and add 35 to that. Anytime I pick up a meal and someone tells me 20 minutes, I usually arrive in 30 for extra time in case they are busy. This place is NEVER even close, I can show even 20 minutes later then asked and be waiting another 20. Also while sitting in their front lobby stewing, I can hear them on the phone very often saying «sorry, we are out of deep dish» or some other crust/​ingredient. I personally haven’t had them run out when I’m in there, but know for a fact it’s very common based on over hearing them. I haven’t been now in easily 2 – 3 yrs, and have found Robin Hood pizza to be much better & cheaper, or I’ll hit many of the other pizzarias in town. I’m done with Pizza Hut, good product but not worth the consistent issues.
