T J Nails

Went here today to get a manicure and a pedicure and today of all days was my birthday. I walked in at 9:35 this morning. They opened at 9:30. There was one other customer in there besides me and she apparently had an appointment. There were three women and two men on staff .The man that works there asked me very rudely do I have an appointment. I said no I didn’t. I tell him I would like a manicure and pedicure. He yells across the salon does anyone here want to do a manicure and pedicure she has no appointment. All of the business cards say walk-​ins are welcome. they sat me down. A lady came right away smiling and very friendly to help me. I placed my left arm up onto the arm rest of the pedicure chair and my right arm I just placed in my lap laid back in the seat ready for my pedicure. Man comes over starts reprimanding me accusing me of pushing the arm out on the chair I haven’t moved a muscle since they Placed me in the chair all the while he’s muttering under his breath no appointment no appointment no appointment I really wanted to get up and leave I didn’t want these people to touch me anymore but she had already began and I didn’t want to make a scene because now there were more people in the in business. Then as I’m getting my pedicure done another lady comes up to do my manicure while I’m in the pedicure chair. she told me to place my arm up onto the arm of the chair I told her I didn’t want to place my arm up there for fear he would come yelling at me again. and I would be happy to hold it out for her. She said oh no he won’t yell at you he did not want you to push it out. I told her I hadnt moved a muscle when he came over and started yelling at me and embarrassing me in front of all your client’s. I said I wish you people would stop accusing me of doing this. This is a lie I never hurt his chair. I was sitting normal in it and I didnt deserve to be treated like this. When I was done with my manicure and pedicure I went to the nail dryer and cried. I have never been treated like this by anyone. Its real embarrassing. I should have known better to come here because the very first time I came here he was treating another young lady very bad.

I made an appointment and they wer 10 minutes late, there was only one other customer in there. She did not get my cuticles very well at all. The chairs are uncomfortable. They were eating lunch and put me in the closest chair to their lunch room. She sandpapered the top of my foot, OUCH! She did not use a base coat, this will make my nails turn yellow…
On the plus side she got my calluses really well and the massage was good.
I won’t come back again.

It’s really a 4.5 people were very nice and kept s conversation yet if you wanted to relax you could .
They were very detailed about their manicure and took their time. Nice selection of mail polishes plus color changing.

first time today for a pedicure … I see that there were comments about the loud guy but I personally watched his care with an senior lady that was sweet and gentle — he was a little loud

Clean, friendly, nice. I had a mani, pedi and brow wax. Only complaint, the woman who painted my nails did it in such a way that it looked grown out. Next time I’ll know to all her to start at the base or bottom of my nails.

Great nail place! I have shopped around to several Bonney Lake nail salons. I received a mani/​pedi both were great! The massage to the legs was good. The massage to my arms was fantastic. The owner is Bob was very personable, he listened to my request on what I wanted done and carried it out. Other salons don’t listen to request regarding tickling areas. They ignored requested treatments, this is not the case at TJ. I will return for future spa days! I have already recommended this salon and will continue to in the near future.

My mother-​in-​law and I came here as walk-​ins: we didn’t schedule anything ahead of time, and hadn’t been able to get pedicures at a few other salons. She’s from the area and went in a few years ago, and we were both impressed that the technicians recognized her and asked about her family. We had a really good experience overall. The staff was friendly, and did a great job. A lot of the pedicures I’ve gotten in the past haven’t really helped soften my feet, but this one did the trick. Pretty sure we’ll both be back.

I am new to the area and tried a different nail salon at first and was not happy Then I found TJs yesterday through Unilocal and I have to say it’s the best. The price is right and the service made me feel like a queen. They are so friendly and did an awesome job on my shellac manicure and pedicure. I have now found my long term salon

i only like the location because i live near here. but i dislike the man that works there. He is very rushy and speaks his mind out loud especially when we speak the same language. He cursed underneath his breathe when my mother tried to pay with credit card. service was poor. they treat people of their ethnicity beneath them because they only care about other ethnicity. I am ashamed of these people especially when i was there with my mother for her birthday. I just didn’t know why we didn’t get the treatment either.

Wonderful service, talented, helpful, funny, I will not go anywhere else. So glad I found Tj nails. Came on my birthday from a funeral. Left prettier and happier. Thanks Tom and ladies. I’ll be back

Great CLEAN place to get it all done. I have had them do my toes and nails for a year now and I always get asked where I get my nails done. The owners are awesome!

Great experience! Came in a very busy Saturday afternoon. They asked me to come back at a later time that day and kept their promise to get me in. Great job on my pink and white fill. Price was great as well.

Great Nail Salon find in Bonney Lake! My daughters and I just came home from a pre-​Christmas pedicure! Great service, great people! Very very comfy chairs! Good selection of colors! Will definitely be spreading the word on this salon!

This is a great place for pedicures, fills (pink & white) and waxing. Great atmosphere and the owners are very friendly!
