Loan Warehouse

I only gave one star because zero is not an option.
Go with loan warehouse if you want to get ripped off right before you buy a home. I wish I would have looked up this review before I went with them.
Juliana will get the work done and right before you are about to buy, the costs will be much higher than you agreed to and she’ll say, «well your welcome to go shop around.»
Yah sure, except for the fact that I’m trying to buy a short sale and the seller isn’t going to just wait around for me to get another loan together. Honestly I’m not sure if she was trying to insult me or if she just lacks the intelligence to realize that I didn’t have a choice in the matter.
Either way she really took advantage of the position I was in. Totally unethical, I wish I could have walked away, but I would have lost the home.
Do yourself a favor, stay away.
