Good service, fixed my phone charger port quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs servo e to their iPhones.

I have brought both my laptop and iPhone 6 to Apple Juice. I had taken my MacBook Air to the computer repair on campus at ASU and they said the motherboard was fried and it would be over $ 500 to fix it.
Turns out it wasn’t. Apple Juice opened it up and cleaned it and it has worked like a dream since then and it was way, way less than $ 500 to fix it.
My iPhone had a horribly cracked screen and they were able to fix it within an hour. The employees have always been thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. My iPad was not repaired at all after 4 days even though we returned 3 times, they scratched the glass and the outside case really badly, I have a metal tag hanging out of the side of the screen, and the screen isn’t seated all the way in place. When I asked about the screen sitting wrong, I was asked «Don’t you keep it in a case anyway?» They did not want to return my iPad to me because nobody was sure what exactly had been done to it but «It could possibly have new parts in it that you need to pay us for.» and when asked when the techinician wuold be in so that I could find out exactly what parts he had placed in my iPad, I was told «After we close tonight.» I was finally able to take my iPad but it is now more damaged that it was before I left it with them and the problem that I originally went in over is worse than it was before.

Awesome customer service. I thought I was going to have to take my Macbook to Winston-​Salem and was thrilled to find Apple Juice had opened up in New Market Center in Boone. It cost $ 100 less than what a different repair place in Winston Salem quoted me. Highly recommended!
