The community is two separate communities, Echotas and Echotas on the Ridge. Echotas is at the base of the mountain and Echotas on the Ridge sits at the top of the mountain. They share amenities which include an outdoor and indoor pool, gym areas, outdoor basketball, and nice community areas. It is an all season resort, but we have only visited in the winter. The did a great job plowing the roads to make access and parking very easy even though it snowed 3 of the 4 days we were there. Each condo is individually owned and we rented one from
. Our condo was great. We used the indoor pool area which was really nice after a day of sledding.
Would be beautiful in the Fall with all the surrounding trees.
