These guys were great. I was on vacation in Blowing Rock, NC from Chicago and my Wi-​Fi ability quit on my laptop. I had to send a couple of important business emails.
I took it to Geeks at Work and within 10 minutes the young geek had the Wi-​Fi working again. He uninstalled and reinstalled the device or something like that. I’m not too bad with computers myself. I had worked on it for an hour and couldn’t get it going.
I was pretty much at his mercy in terms of what he could’ve charged me (and what I was willing to pay). Much to my surprise and great appreciation he charged me nothing! Just a nice ‘no problem’ and have a nice time.
That’s a customer service attitude worth talking about. Especially considering I was probably never going to see him again!
