I took my brand new white down comforter here after my dog had an accident. When I gave it to them there was a small urine spot on the bottom. An entire week later after paying 22 dollars they gave me back a brown tinged comforter and the entire thing smelled so strongly of dog urine I actually have to question whether or not they even cleaned the thing. Terrible experience, never going there again and now I have to take it to another dry cleaners to see if they can repair the damage.
