I met Michael after receiving a gift certificate for Mother’s Day a few yrs ago. He has an excellent touch and is able to find what one needs just by his touch. N ow that he has his own spa, I see him regularly for reflexology. His intuitiveness finds what is needed and the I leave feeling refreshed and relieved of so much pain. I highly recommend him for either massage or reflexology.

Michael has given me several massages over the years and everyone of them has been fantastic. I have the pleasure of being able to talk to him at length about his craft. He has a deep understanding of how a body works and what tensions can build up. More importantly, he also knows how to relive those tensions.
I don’t often give 5 star reviews, but Michael is a great find.

Everyone kept telling me massages were wonderful. So I tried one a few years ago and it was like someone was just rubbing my back a little. I didn’t understand the hype. But being open minded I tried again 2 more times as people insisted I just needed to find the right therapist. Finally as a gift for a bday I got a massage from Michael from the 7^th Heaven Day Spa. OH! That’s what everyone was talking about! What a difference to have a trained therapist who also has studied anatomy. Instead of just pouring lotion on me and going at it, he and I discussed my needs and if I had any pain and then he methodically worked on my muscles. By the end I was like melted butter. It was an amazing experience. That was three years ago. Now I’m a fan and a loyal customer. He’s as important to me as my therapist and my physician. He’s helped me to flatten my tummy after 2 pregnancies, he has taught me how to rub my children’s abdomen when they have digestive issues, and I look forward to every massage appointment. I live in the Raleigh area and I will not go to anyone else. You will not go wrong if you book with Michael. He’s a hidden gem in the mountains.
