Really liked my first experience here! It was a little difficult to get to at night, but good parking space. Will go back to try their iced coffee and food! Pros: –Good coffee(and I’m very picky) with more than one type of blend as well as different flavor options(e.g. Almond Mocha, Vanilla, etc.) –Have non-dairy options like Almond and Soy milk(hooray for lactose intolerant people!) and I don’t think they charge extra for it –Relatively inexpensive prices, especially for a small business –Has dessert options like cake pops and cheesecake –Wide selection of food –Nice staff –Shop has personality(on the blackboard it said«Happy ._.__.__(Morse Code Day)!» –Very clean –Owners pay attention to details – they had a menu on the counter as well as on the boards and on each table; have an iPad for customers to use; there’s a piano Room for Improvement –My friend and I walked in for the first time, obviously confused by all the options. It would have been nice if the staff/owner talked to us a little more about their coffee or their popular food options –the only tables available are two-seaters

I came by here on Sunday at 11:30, and the place was closed. The hours on Unilocal and on the business website says it’s open on Sunday’s until 1pm. If you’re not going to be open on Sundays, you should update your business hours. My friend was also with me and angry that we drove somewhere not open. Please update ASAP.

I haven’t eaten here but The Daily Joe is the only place I will get coffee in Boonton. Their espressos are good although somewhat pricey. Their standard coffee(which is something I generally don’t get elsewhere because I find it bland) is really good. Iced coffee from the Joe was my go to coffee drink over summer. The staff are always friendly and happy to advise or offer a sample. There’s plenty of seating and it’s never crowded(probably something to do with the rather unusual location). They do have a selection of food & no issues with parking, which can’t be said for most of the rest of Boonton, the parking obsessed capital of the US…

I was getting my Jeep serviced and was waiting for it. The dealer recommend this place. I was not disappointed. They offered me a sample taste of some of the coffee they had. Excellent taste of the coffee and I drink it black. Very clean and good menu selections. A must stop if you are looking for a quality breakfast place.

Very nice stop. We were from out of state and the staff was friendly. One of the best coffees I have had in a long time. The breakfast sandwiches were huge! They were big enough to split. Thanks keep up the great service, coffee and food.

This place opened a year ago as part of The Music Shop. Have been here a couple times and there is always something non traditional. Today’s treat was an awesome turkey sausage & kale /sweet potato soup. I would have ordered some to go but I got the last serving. Cool music and great coffee to boot.

Great Muffins — Breakfast! Great Soup — Lunch! How you like it, is how they will make it! Super-Duper friendly staff! I even asked one of the young ladies when she will be there again, because of the great service she provided. This could be the place where they know your name,…walk in and say hey Joe, and they will say, hey«fill in your name here». Awesome joint — check it out!!!

Quite honestly the worst cup of coffee I have ever had. I cant even explain how terrible it tasted and I watched them brew it, so I know it was fresh. It tasted like vinegar. Its a shame because the place is clean and attractive.

Best coffee around. I come in frequently for coffee and freshly made sandwiches. High quality food and lots of options. The soups and pastries are great too! Any respectable coffee drinker owes it to themselves to give this place a shot or two — with steamed milk.

–clean and cool looking –interesting selection –gluten free options –friendly staff –weird location Been meaning to stop here for awhile once I heard that there was a new coffee shop in the Boonton area. We pretty much only have Heavenly Temptations and it’s not convenient at all. So I popped in on Tuesday for a cup o coffee before work and chatted with Adam? I think that was his name and he appeared to be in charge. He explained that they source their coffee from a local roaster and in small batches, only highest quality. He started talking to me about coffee grades and I’m ashamed to admit I completely forgot about all of that from my Starbucks days… They have a Starbucks like food set up, a little cooler area with some easy to grab food options. He also explained that they have sandwiches, daily specials, and he can pretty much make most things as well. He tries to do 1 meat based soup and 1 vegetable soup daily as well. My coffee was very good, a Colombian bean, nice acidity and not too bitter. The décor in the place is very nice, awesome tile backsplash and kept very tidy. I hope this place gets busy, we need more places like this in the area. Go check them out! Great place to chat up with clients if you are a local business…

I just stumbled upon The Daily Joe at The Music Shoppe. It’s an adorable café with delicious soup, bagels, cake pops, other desserts and snacks, and fantastic chocolate milk, Espresso, coffee, and Cappuccino! Stylish and comfy ambience & a huge selection of teas. It’s just off Rt. 287. Yum!
