This Walgreens is disgusting. It is old, falling apart, and overall dirty. The bathrooms are also nasty. It definately needs a refurbish/renovation. I would rather go to the Wal-Mart up the street to do my business.

after a&p being closed, i resorted to coming to this pharmacy for my monthly perscriptions for the past few months. Drive thru forget it. longest wait of my life to even be acknowledged. going inside doesnt get much better still the longest wait, today i reached the final straw when i tried to refill, she said it was way to early confused by the fact i come the same time every month I was frustrated, she treated me like an idiot. i then asked for her named she sassed me with I do my job right. Unbelievable. so unprofessional let alone RUDE. worst customer service. ew. I am so disgusted by the whole experience. if you are not a people person Get a desk a job! i work with people all day and it can get frustrated but i would never treat someone so rude. Lol have fun working at Walgreens pharmacy. what a joke!

Not typically a complainer, but when told it would be an hour to wait in the store for a prescription for a 9 month old just released from the hospital… An RX that requires to pour from one bottle into another,(no reconstitution needed) doesn’t seem right. Their excuse was that if there were printed labels ahead of me, they needed to be filed first, even if they are not physically waiting??? How rude!?!

This review is for the pharmacy– I’ve never had an issue here and have been coming for over 2 years. The staff is always friendly and able to answer any questions. I’ve only used the drive-thru twice because I was sick and didn’t want to scare anyone with my zombie-like appearance. The wait took way too long on both occasions. Unless you physically cannot get out of your car, I suggest just going inside because it’s a smooth process.

bad experience after bad experience with this inept staff!!! I’ve had the same Doctors for 15 + years. I have almost NEVER had trouble getting prescription refills timely. Since we moved to Boonton and started using Walgreens, every single time I need a refill, I’ve had to call the Dr. and do it myself. The staff at Walgreens«claims» to have called several times, then you call the Dr. office and they say they never received a call! On top of that, the woman that answers the phone is RUDE. I’m transferring my prescriptions today!
