Creature Comforts Thrift Store

My hands down fave thrift shop. The wont put anything out with a stain or mar, if they did accidentally they will take it off the floor. We found a Champs sweater with a mark that they gave us for free. Prices are great, tons of name brands if that is your thing.

Creature Comforts is a humane society thrift store. It’s a small place but it’s absolutely packed with all kinds of stuff. Clothes, glass, pictures, toys, furniture, books and occasional larger items like appliances or electronics.
Of course like all thrift stores you never know what’s going to be inside but this place never seen to have a shortage of things to sell. It’s always packed and over flowing.
Very unlikely you will find anything valuable or antiquey in this store but you will definitely find some interesting and useful things at very reasonable prices. Easy to walk out of here with bags of stuff for only a very small price.
Everyone in this place, whether it’s staff or other customers, are always friendly and you’ll probably end up carry on several different conversations while you look around. A cool little store that is always interesting and the best part is that when you buy something you know the money will go to comfort the poor, unfortunately creatures of Boothbay Harbor.
