Fuzzy Butts Dog Daycare

I made arrangements for my Morkie, Gia to board at Fuzzy Butts after a recommendation. I couldn’t find any Unilocal reviews. I was disappointed that Gia would not co-​mingle with the dogs in day care. She would have a small suite and she would be taken outdoors on a leash in an open area and unleashed in the courtyard five times a day.
I picked Gia up today and found the person at the desk was disengaged. I told her I was there to pick up Gia and she quickly totaled my fees. I had to ask how Gia did during her stay. Her reply was fine. After Gia stayed there for five days I thought the she could have replied a little more personably. Gia is fun loving, loves people gives a lot of licks. Usually when I pick her up from Pet Smart or the vet, the staff are anxious and willing to tell me how Gia behaved and how much they enjoyed having her.
Then I was forwarded to the tech that spent time feeding her and walking her. When I pressed her for a report she said that she ate well and went to the bathroom. I got the sense that the staff at Fuzzy Butts were just doing a job without caring or enjoying the pets that they care for.
I found out that the first disinterested person I spoke to was actually a co-​owner.
Gia was filled with kisses for me when I picked her up. I won’t leave her to their care again and certainly do not recommend this facility to anyone that loves their pet.

The staff here is always kind and attentive. bring my 5 month old chocolate lab here for day care when I have a long day at work.
He comes home tired which last until the next day! Courteous staff takes my check up calls at lunch and never seemed annoyed about it.
The only negative thing is sometimes he comes homes home stinky which is expected I guess after playing all day with other dogs.
Def a better option then leaving the pup home alone

I leave my dog Finley, a pitbull terrier, there 3 days a week for full daycare. I can’t think of a better place for him. The staff/​owners take awesome care of him and they are all super friendly and hardworking. He comes home the perfect dog.
