Excellent service. Arrived in great time. went beyond protocol to ensure safety. All while on 295 north at noon during constant dangerous traffic. The work is very appreciated.

I called AAA last nite around midnight needing tow this company sent out a rude driver rushing us telling me he’s the only driver in Middlesex County and he’s got to hurry I let him know that he was taking care of us right now each call is first come first served, he jumped back in the truck asked if I wanted a tow I said yes he put the truck in drive and left us… I will call everyone i can at AAA and whoever will listen that this company has the worse customer service that can be given do not use these ppl under no circumstances the driver looked like he was or is using illegal drugs a dirty rude individual again dont waste your time if you see them avoid at all cost… This won’t be the last negative review about this company.

If there was an option to give this company 0 stars, I would.
On my way home, I encountered one of their tow trucks in the road blocking my from getting to my house. I asked him if he could move up slightly and in response, the driver called me a nasty name and hurled expletives at me.
I would never want these people to answer my AAA call. Stay far away from them and their rude drivers.
