Whoever is in charge of this shithole of a store needs to be fired — like yesterday! They’ve scattered items all over the store so you can no longer find them in the aisles they’ve been in for years, the aisles are so fricken small & cramped now that you can hardly move around someone who is near you looking for stuff, not to mention all the stock people everywhere during the busiest hours of the day. Hello — if we can’t get around our fellow shoppers in the aisles, how the hell are we supposed to navigate around with boxes all over the floor? The place looks dirty & dingy … & then there’s always the loud mouth courtesy counter«woman» who is anything but courteous. I know complaints have been made about her in the past — yet she’s still there being all loud & obnoxious. The only good thing about this store is the Pharmacy. Those people rock!

Been shopping at this Shop Rite for as long as Pathmark has been closed. Now since May 2015, the corporate shirts are screwing the place up. Moving whole sections of products to different aisles, or opposite ends of an aisle. This has been very confusing to the Senior citizens that shop there. These corporate shirts, come in, screw up the status quo, and leave. I bring my Mother there every week and she has to deal with the geniuses product location changes. Acme down the road is looking very good, even if thing’s are a little higher. Then I will learn a new store that hopefully not change, like Shop Rite of Bordentown.

Good old shoprite in bordentown! Its not as fancy as wegmans, but not as basic as bottom dollar. Right smack in the middle.

I only go to this Shop-rite because its down the road from my apartment complex. The place is a bit run-down and not kept very clean. Last weekend, I was on line and had placed all my food on the belt to check out, and noticed a gigantic cockroach/bug looking thing. It was probably the length of my index finger and 3 inches wide, when I mentioned something to the cashier she called over a blonde male manager who took a look and seemed a bit frightened by the size. The blonde male manager took a roll of paper towels and crushed the bug and ALL its guts landed on my groceries. I was really annoyed, and he didn’t offer to replace what I had placed on my belt. After I mentioned guts were on my groceries he said«You could go back and grab whatever you need to replace the items that had bug guts on it.» GEE thanks! That wasn’t the point, it would have been nice if it was offered. I wouldn’t put it past them if they wiped it off and placed everything back on the shelf. I am a little apprehensive returning to this Shop-Rite.

Run down old Shoprite, but very well run with a great store manager and staff. Why go to the busy Shoprite… when you can come to the nice and peaceful quiet store.
