All I can say is wow!
I bought my previous 2 hats at different locations and I had to wait there literally an hour until someone even gave me their attention.
I walked into Belmonti before Pesach and even though it was full, I got a nice welcome and was asked what I needed! Can’t compare the service towards other Chasidish hat stores!
(They gave me a free hat brush and rain cover included)
