The woman Mary who took my order was extremely nice and friendly! When I got to the window an older man with gray hair was there to cash me out and give me my order. When I saw my coffee I asked if they could make it a little darker. Very rudely he told me it was as many creams as I asked for. Then sighed before rudely telling one of the girls to remake it. He was extremely rude!!! The only reason I’m giving two stars was again, Mary was very nice!!!

The breakfast sandwich was far below the quality of a standard fast-food breakfast sandwich. The bread which was obviously microwaved went from being way too hot to eat to as hard as a rock faster than I could eat the sandwich. The bread was also dry and not particularly tasty. The sausage was also dry, over nuked and not particularly tasty. The cheese and egg were fine but could not really salvage to overall quality of the sandwich. I did not have the coffee or doughnuts which I know are this place’s main draw. So it is entirely possible that if those items were/are up to par that most people would have an experience here similar to whatever they are used to from DD.

It’s a Tuesday morning, no line in the drive up and no line inside. We sat in the drive up for 5 minutes watching the employees chat. waiting for a bagel. Finally I asked for my money back because I need to get to work. I love Dunkin but I’d go down the road to the next one. This staff moves at a snails pace. I can’t imagine how bad they are with a line.

Loves loves loves! The 20something guy on the window said«you don’t need any more coffee» as he handed me my Medium Regular… I smiled down the street on that one, somehow the way he said it, it felt like a fine compliment. :)
