Jiffy Lube

I came here while heading back to california after my visit to Austin, TX and to see a friend in Mountainaire NM. I really tried to find a Nissan dealer to do my service both in Austin and New Mexico but the reviews at all shyed me away from them. When my gps says 810 miles to my arrival i try to keep all my stops close to my route, this jiffy location was 14 miles out of my way, but if my road ahead of me was anything like my road behind me finding fuel could be a challenge. I gave them a call at 7:40 to see when they open i spoke with Steve who informed me they opened at 8 am. I did a garmin google and Unilocal search to find something closer to my route and found nothing for miles. I called back and asked how long it would take steve said no one was waiting and once my car was in the garage it took ten minutes. I arrived at 8:02 behind one other person i was promptly greeted by a service member who took my keys and escorted me to the lobby. I waa back on the road at 8:43. My service tech was Gabe who offered great customer service, i opted for the basic oil change, which came to just under $ 48. This surpised me a bit as the Nissan dealer in Austin only charged $ 29.99 and online via their website was a printable $ 15 off any oil change!
My experience was stellar the only thing that kept them from a 5 star was the time quoted for the service. I feel time is a huge factor in choosing this sort of service and maybe a «we’ll strive to have you out the door in 20 – 30 minutes «would’ve been a more realistic quote.
