We’ve had them service our A/C unit twice this year and both times they were able to come out on the same day that I called. Marcus did a great job taking care of us — they’re professional and timely.

I’ve never had a problem with their techs and they’ve always taken good care of us.

Dale needs more training. After being on the phone with another Tech, or maybe the Boss, he was able to get the furnace running… by jury rigged procedures; didn’t have the part needed on the service truck. I was also charged $ 162.00 for a $ 14.00 limit switch.
Folks, be aware of the prices they charge for parts… I suspect that the hyper inflated price covers the lack of a second service call charge for the same job. I’m debating calling them back to finish the job fearing they will charge me $ 130.00 for relay switch 90−380…it only costs $ 6.55, with $ 12.00 shipping…
