20+ minute wait for a 3 PC chicken meal and a shrimp poboy. The chicken had to have been sitting for hours it was so dry! The mashed potatoes had the consistency of paste, the «shrimp» had to be the tiniest shrimp ever fished because all I tasted was fried batter. The chicken meal came with a biscuit which they placed on top of the already jammed box and managed to crush it so well that I got to enjoy biscuit crumbles. I was obviously not the only unhappy customer since the guy in the car ahead of me got out of his car to make sure the person in the window heard his complaints. Yes, a 20+ minute wait for crappy fried chicken in the drive thru.

After 6 this is NOT the place to get your chicken dinner on! Very dirty place, employees are tattered, and customer service is unheard of!
I ordered a simple chicken dinner and received a groan from the little lady behind the counter. When I finally received my meal I found that the chicken was cold and not cooked through. I asked for a refund but was told that «they» can’t do that as I had taken a bite from the chicken.
Go figure. And if I hadn’t …were they going to return the raw chicken to the basket for later salt?
