Very poor customer service during installation. My appointment was from 8 – 10. Technician did not show up until 10:30 and didn’t even give a courtesy call to let me know he would be late. To make matters worse, two hours into the install, he had to leave to get another piece of equipment from the office! How do you not have everything that you need?! It is now 1:15 and the technician just got back. Technician doesn’t even seem to think his lateness or lack of having the right equipment is something he should apologize for. Glad i didn’t have any other concrete plans for this afternoon because this is taking forever.

We hated suddenlink. Cable was spotty, Internet was spotty and if you need a service call, they give you a 8 am — 5 pm window. Then show up at 8 pm. This happened 3 x to us. Steer clear folks. It’s a royal pain in the a**. Glad we are done with them.

Have no clue what to do. Never gives me the answers I look for, better yet… never stays on the phone without«accidentally» hanging up. Suddenlink has gone down hill. Service is lacking pretty bad(Internet, cable, CUSTOMERSERVICE)
