Awful hotel bed bugs, broken appliances, and piss in the freezer. In an area surrounded by much nicer and equally priced hotels. Very run down. The non smoking rooms still reeked of cigs, and the door look like it was kicked in and haphazardly put back on. Also be bring earplugs because of the trains blowing their horns all night. DONOTSTAYHERE!

The only problem is the age of this hotel. It needs to be completely redone. The things that mattered to us were fine: clean room, cold a/c, microwave, fridge and great water pressure. The train blowing through is annoying but the a/c drowns it out pretty well. The price reflects the wear and tear. A solid makeover would match the friendly customer service. Two of our lights had issues but everything else worked as intended. For budget friendly prices without the expectations of the Ritz it is an ok experience YMMV

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had the misfortune of enduring. First room: foul smell, pubic hair on toilet seat, water started pouring out of the bathroom light fixture. Moved to room 2: toilet rocks like a boat, no light bulbs in the main lamp, light above sink works about half the time, fridge is barely cold, yellow residue in freezer, got locked out of our room at 4 pm, 100+ degree heat, line full of people ahead of us in the office with complaints of their own. I am like ten seconds away from just taking the loss, checking out early and finding a decent place to stay. Reviews on expedia were all pretty good. Needless to say, I’m a little upset. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.
