Awesome place (obviously you like jerky). The left side of the store is smoked jerky which is the softer and more tender style. The right side is the dried which is the chewy kind. Probably 15 flavors of each style plus 10 or so sausage sticks, exotic meat jerkys, salmon jerky (?) and some candies such as a really good peanut brittle from TN, BBQ rubs, and more. They will let you taste any of the meats you want so you can decide. Not cheap but very good products.

I really like this brand new store, almost whole-​heartedly devoting itself to the sale of jerkied meats of all types. This store opened at the Louisiana Boardwalk between IHOP and Bass Pro Shop on Black Friday, 11÷29÷13, for business. This is the second store in Louisiana, the first is in Denham (Denim) Springs and there will be another opening in Gonzales (wooo! Love Gonzales!!!) near the Cabelas store. In the Bossier store, you can get Kangaroo jerky (you read right!) and alligator jerky among other exotic fare and flavors! They also have numerous rubs and sauces you can pick up for your barbeques as well as tricked out candies with worms and ants embedded inside the treats! It’s just a really interesting store with some very unique items, great to pick up for the holidays, along with some of the most hilarious meat-​eater themed t-​shirts, you’ll ever read! This store is a most welcome addition to the Louisiana Boardwalk. They also have in stock, the infamous ghost chile and the scorpion chile. Consume at your own risk!!!
